Home Remodel in North Tacoma

This extensive home renovation project on N Bristol St in North Tacoma transformed a classic residence into a modern, highly functional space, all while staying within the client's specific budget and timeline. The client, who reached out via Angie's List, had a clear set of priority items, and we successfully accomplished the entire scope of work within a seven-week timeframe. The project involved significant upgrades and changes, including:

• Major Infrastructure Upgrades: Replaced the main sewer line, installed all-new interior plumbing, and completed a substantial electrical update throughout the home.

• Structural & Kitchen Revision: Performed a major structural change by removing the old fireplace, and completely revised the kitchen layout to maximize efficiency, including adding a spacious walk-in pantry (approx. 42 linear feet of storage). Enhanced the kitchen with sleek under-cabinet lighting.

• New Bathroom and Laundry Relocation: Performed a full update on the existing bathroom, converted the old laundry room into a full second bathroom, and relocated the primary laundry facilities to the garage. Added a special detail to the upstairs bath by switching the tub control valve to the opposite side, allowing the homeowner to turn on the water without leaning over the tub and getting wet.
